Goat Tzatziki
- 125g goat yoghurt
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 handful of coriander leaves (cilantro)
- Sumac powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried or baked olives
- Rosemary cracker
Grate cucumber, chop coriander. Mix with yoghurt, sumac, salt and pepper. Store in airtight container in the fridge for a few hours. Serve with dried olives and rosemary crackers.
