Goat Tzatziki

  • 125g goat yoghurt
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • Sumac powder to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dried or baked olives
  • Rosemary cracker

Grate cucumber, chop coriander. Mix with yoghurt, sumac, salt and pepper. Store in airtight container in the fridge for a few hours. Serve with dried olives and rosemary crackers.
